Who am I?
I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a passion for helping people make realistic and sustainable changes to their health and wellbeing. I know that everyone’s journey is unique, so I take the time to tailor my approach to each person’s cultural background, preferences, and lifestyle. I can speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
With compassion and evidence-based strategies, I aim to support my clients in building positive dietary habits and a healthier relationship with food.
My areas of interest include:
Weight management (both weight loss and gain)
Diabetes education (including low GI and carbohydrate counting)
Cardiovascular health (managing blood pressure and cholesterol)
Coeliac disease and gluten-free diets
IBS and food intolerances (I have also completed FODMAP training with Monash University)
Paediatric nutrition including sensory issues and textures.
Outside of my work, I love experimenting in the kitchen and creating simple, nutritious, and budget-friendly recipes. I also enjoy travelling, discovering new cafes, listening to music, and hunting down the perfect cup of coffee.
